It took just under 2 weeks for ours (it showed as passed online about 1-2 days after the doctor submitted it). Maybe follow-up with the doctor as well, it may just be that they haven't submitted it yet?

Totally normal! Note that with the Inland application process, the Sponsor Approval (SA) is towards the end of the process as opposed to the Outland process in which SA is at the beginning. Here’s the link to the December 2018 Inland thread mentionned above...

Yes, that's a good sign, should be getting AOR in the next day or two. My application was received on Nov. 30 and I just got AOR this morning, so I'm guessing December applicants are next!
