We also got the DM letter yesterday after receiving everything else days/weeks ago. I think there’s just a big delay in getting the official letter after the update on ECAS.

It means that the Sponsor has been approved, it's a step in the right direction! The Sponsor might get an official letter by e-mail as well (SA), but many people never get it or it comes weeks later. Is the PA still "In process" on ECAS and did you get Eligibility Passed letter on GCKey?

After getting SA letter yesterday, we got the Landing Interview letter today from Etobicoke office (interview planned for June 25th) :) we never ended up getting the DM letter on PA side.

That’s a really good step! Keep an eye out on ECAS for Decisions Made on Sponsor and PA :) by the way, I don’t think BGC ever changes to “completed” or anything like that (or at least not in most cases).

ECAS won't show the BGC. Try GCKey or calling the automated service.

Because of the request for additional documents, your timeline is likely going to be a bit longer to allow time for the officer to review what you send. Once that happens, it won’t be long before you get AIP and DM!

It depends what your local office is. From your signature, it looks like you are located in Vancouver - unfortunately, the Vancouver office is very busy and it can take months before getting the landing interview letter. Have a look at this thread...

Log in to ECAS with the Sponsor's information (you can still use the same application number starting with F) and you will see both the Sponsor and PA information.
