Nope. My previous status was IP1 : Your application is in process. It changed directly to IP2 : Background check is in progress. I did receive a PDF from CIC stating ways to search for a job in Canada. That's probably why I got an update in my emails. Thanks, Vishnu

I think my only update was IP2. I don't recall going through NA2. There is a good chance that I might have missed it.

Hi all, I have been trying to call CIC from the US. I was able to to reach them using Hangouts but they say the wait times are too long to even place me in the queue. When is the best time to reach them and what is the best way to get in touch with an agent ? Thanks !
