Calling CIC for application status - Long wait times ?

Hi all,

I have been trying to call CIC from the US. I was able to to reach them using Hangouts but they say the wait times are too long to even place me in the queue.

When is the best time to reach them and what is the best way to get in touch with an agent ?

That's normal.
Call them very early in the morning or late in the afternoon when they are about to close. If you are on the east coast, you can still call them around 6 or 7 pm

Great. Thanks ! Let me try tomorrow morning. I actually live in the east coast. Hopefully it should be easy to catch them.
