Anyone has the updated progress bar yet?

Canada has just entered 12th December so it will be around 8-10 hours later we will have an update on that.

Profiled was updated today at 6.30 a.m. (my local time) and changed to MEP. Also my UCI has changed to digit number. And finally biometric reqeust has come. So I think that I have passed R10.
AOR was on 11th of November.
What I should expect next?

Now under background check its saying:

Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.

Email says there is an update

So now, I will be able to track my application status only through GSMC notes?
Looked at the September thread, some people already receive PPR Oh, I want to be like them
