Yes... Landed on 29th Sept in Edmonton. Had got a ghost update sometime last Monday (or maybe before that). No update since then. I have not called CIC. I think I will wait, as I have no plans of leaving Canada until Dec end.

Was there a ghost update before the photo request? Also did you receive the photo request as a message in your CIC account or via post?

Enter the information exactly as it is in the COPR. You should be able to find the application. You cannot create a new one.

A ghost update is where you see your application in IRCC website as "UPDATED", but when you open it there is no update in it and it returns to "SUBMITTED" state again.

Yes it took almost a month from appeal. But after dispatch it took just 4 working days. And yes they send it by Air Mail
