It shouldn't take long. For me they mailed it on 13th Feb, and I received the PCC today morning. Delhi might be faster, as the sorting center for me was Mumbai and then the letters traveled from Mumbai to Pune. In your case I think it should be straight to Delhi.

You would have an option enabled in the Documents upload section to upload the ADR. Did you get your Singapore PCC? How long did it take after being issued? I too am waiting for my Singapore PCC.

Received AOR almost immediately after submitting the application on 12-02-2018... Waiting for further updates. Medical is showing as " You do not need a medical exam ". Is this normal?
