Hello, As I have seen from my GCMS notes and also from what people say on the forum, CIC performed primary eligibility check for late August applicants around 20-30 January 2016 and the ppl who did not get MR in January are probably in second review, this also applies to early September...

I did not get the fake email.. CIC does not like communicating with me in any form :)

the last call center agent told me: the eligibility was in progress like a month ago but you never know.. I might have told this before but no one touched me my file from April 2015 to end of December 2015 and I expect the same performance (?!) for the first two months of 2016.

does any of us know if we are on second review? I will know it in a week once I get the GCMS notes.

They ask for Schedule A second time to be see if any thing changed about your personal history since the application time? I mean they necessarily ask this to every one or some ppl?

They asked you to provide PCCs after receiving your application, right? They should not ask second time but I have seen people on the forum who were asked to submit RCMP second time. So to be on safe side, you could get them ready around the expiration date.. This is CIC you never know what they...

I do not know if it matters but according to my latest GCMS notes, all my security, criminality and eligibility assessments look like assigned to same VO, who is RC-6262. Is it normal? I mean all the processing should not rely on the judgment of single officer (hopefully).. Any idea?
