In same boat- background in progress since April 19 update on Tracker- I can see app updated on may 19th but no change ! everything else shows as completed!

Application : March 7 Medical cleared: April 6 Biometric, Medical and eligibility - Completed on Tracker and not portal as April 19th Update Background in process since April 19 Country - India

So with May 18th update there was no new info on your app as well! Seems like they are doing Background check since last month. My father is in Police , I think that’s the reason it is taking longer for background check

Hi, I see on Tracker that application updated: May 18 2023, but everything is same as April 19 update! I see Medical, Biometrics and eligibility COMPLETED (as of April 19 update)... and Background IN PROCESS. Do anyone know what this means now? and if anyone else have this scenario?

I got the same reason for my parent's first refusal... I did included my NOA, job letter , pay stub and bank statement and for my parents property evaluation out of which house was on my mother's name--- BUT I thought I got this reason of refusal because I made an error in my mother's profile...

Attach an ID with web form and explanation/ pdf page this should help. But please wait for more people to respond. @Hibasofy - and please expect delay in the processing as well due to the error.
