Hi Obazi @obazi I created an account on this...I have applied for my parents Super visa but I do see different information under eligibility it states we are making sure that you meet the requirements to be eligible for Spouse, partner or child class! Is this correct category!!!???

Hey, I just reapplied with explanation of refusal with the wrong option selected. I used my NOA, Current job letter and pay stub along with account overview with money $12-13k. I did used my father's same bank statements ($30K) with property evaluation in which house is on my mother's name...

You can do upfront medicals and fill out the information when submitting application. I personally submitted the application through IRCC portal. Am sure someone else can guide you on GC key app. Anyone please advise. :)
