From the letter you posted on another thread, I guess you are already deemed to be landed when you received that email. And the copy of the email can be used as a temporary PR card for one year. So there's no rush now and you should keep in contact with IRCC for later steps if they ask you to do...

I sent the passports on Mar 6 and they were delivered at CPC-Ottawa on Mar 9.

Not really. The visit date on my medical exam information sheet is July 22, 2019. But the document expiration on IRCC website is Aug 6. Not sure how they come up with the date but it's exactly 5 months after I mailed the passports.

Unfortunately I didn't take down the tracking number so I am not sure if and when they mail my documents back. The good thing is, on IRCC portal, I see the visa stamp has a expiration date on Aug 6, so there's 3.5 months left for the landing.

I received an email from IRCC saying my PR application is approved. I login IRCC and see the application is approved on Apr 20. The passports were received by them on Mar 9. After 42 days, finally....

Just wait. There's already a plenty amount of people who submitted their passports (including me) and don't get any updates for more than a month. It's better to keep the passport on your own hand in the current situation. There's no reason to add up the backlog when few officers are processing it.
