Hi Sonny, My wife got her PP within a week. She got DM on 30th Aug and she got her PP back on 4th Sept. You should get your PP in this week.

Yes, you can. I also sent my receipt later on by email and when I called them they did acknowledge receiving it and adding to my file. All other information is given by O-zone and kavi, I second them.
