If you live outside the UAE, you will be asked to upload a copy of passport and visa at the time you where there. It is not mandatory to have EmiratesID but it sure will help ease the process on their end.

Simply put, LVO are meant to process other type of visas not including PR and files are moved there in very few cases (as and when required for process integrity) and hence you don't need to worry...
