I believe it depends on Visa officer. Some of them got cleared faster than others. However, ADVO is the slowest one no doubt. Please be patience. I know waiting is not so easy till get the PPR. Wish you good luck and here to listen good news.

For me,they took 28 days from the date of received. I am sure, you will get by end of this week. What i have seen from ADVO that they are waiting till due date or 30 days. Wait for this week.

It was stated that they added to my application. Do it in both ways CSE and Copy by courier to ADVO? However, I believe CSE is faster than other option. Nothing harm to try both ways.

Firstly, Congrats. I believe you should raise CSE to include them to your application. Also, send to Ottawa. When i submitted my Spouse and children renewed passports both sent to ADVO and Ottawa through CSE. Got reply within 7 days.

Firstly Congrats. Use Aramex faster than VSF and also cheaper. It costs me QR/- 360 (4 Passports) including return from Qatar. Aramex will keep return airway bill along with Passports

I believe review process also depends on Visa officer who reviews our file. Some of them are lucky where they got cleared faster.
