    Application is undergoing “further assessment”. Hoping to get grant soon… 186 visa processing has been lightning fast for onshore applicants… some getting grants within 4 weeks…. Fingers crossed.

    From what I’ve seen with Australian immigration department, they themselves are often in the dark about policy changes and long term plans. They work based on weekly or monthly short term directives from ministry. I know this becoz my visa consultant was an ex immigration officer.
