Just got my RPRF Request today finally. My ECAS status changed to "in-process" on the 26th March 2014.

I know...I'm surprised myself...not sure why they didn't send it out..I'm pretty sure my noc codes and everything are fine. Almost everyone get's the RPRF request within 2 weeks of their medicals. Can't do anything but wait now. Ordered GCMS notes a couple of days back..hopefully they'll have...

Any update for anyone..? I'm still yet to hear anything from CIC :( No RPRF Request received yet...Did my medicals on the 26th of Feb...

Ohk...I lived in the UAE my whole life before I turned 18 but they haven't asked for any security clearance certificates from there yet...I thought if you lived in a country before you turned 18, they do not require PCC from those countries..I find it odd that they asked you for the PCC from...

Ahh that sucks...don't worry..atleast your file is processing..after this request, hopefully u'll receive the Passport request next! Btw Didn't you get your PCC request on the 22nd Jan and you sent it out on the 25th February...y r they asking it again?

Did you receive your RPRF/biodata request along with your medicals or are you yet to receive them? Also is your ECAS status updated to "medicals received"?

You are not the only one...I receieved MR on the 11th Feb, did medicals on the 26th and ECAS was updated today to "medical received". However, I have still not gotten the RPRF/Biodata request :(

I was wondering that can medicals be updated ("Medicals have been received"?) on ECAS even though your status might simply show "application received by XXXX"? Has anybody had that experience? Mine is not even under "in process" yet...

Yes, most likely..you are at the minimum "recommended passed" by the officer and you qualify.

Thanks for sharing your timeline! It's really helpful. Yes, Inshallah you will get it soon..it's a good sign that you got your rprf/bio data request last week..Your security checks might be at the end stage perhaps hence they have sent you the RPRF Request..Let's hope for the best!

Getting the medical request is not a problem..if you got your medical request, then you are at the minimum "recommended passed" by the CIC officer. It's the RPRF/ Bio data/ Passport request which takes a long time to come as they start conducting background/security checks after they determine...

Sorry I just saw your timeline...so I'm correct to assume that you are yet to get your passport request?
