Depends where you are resident when you apply for Indian PCC. If you live in India, PCC is valid only 6 months. If you are applying outside of India, it has no expiry date as such as long as you dont travel to India. The minute you land in India that PCC is invalid.

For jobs 2 and 3, which NOC applies? I would choose the one where you have more experience. Also you need to check which is more in deman, higher TEER level.
