Please help me for choosing my NOC Code

Hi all, I have been researching over a week but have failed to find a proper NOC Code. I have experience in three different companies. All three are Social Media applications where I have to monitor, analyze, and strategize the content and also manage/enhance the user satisfaction.
I also handle several agencies that bring on competent users as per the niche of these applications (Gaming, Karaoke, Livestreaming). It is like I work for TikTok, or PUBG and ensure the users are getting a good experience by analysing the competitors and what is the regional liking and disliking. I also regularly engage with top users and take their feedback that is eventually implemented into the application (I take the feedback, suggestions, analyse and make strategies/doable actions/features that are then implemented by the coders)
I am confused between these two
41402 – Business development officers and market researchers and analysts
10022 – Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
I was at a junior position in the first company, a mid level manager in the second (I led a team, and had more control on the content/features that are pushed). Finally, I am now a senior manager where I do all the above, and also do the hiring/interviews and have a more direct approach in terms of what features should be included in the app.
Please remember that I do not work on multiple apps, it is one app per company and the entire focus is on increasing their respective revenues.


1st Job - Operations Specialist
- Hire and train new agencies and livestreaming hosts, ensure the KPIs are met
- Creative Content Creation, Management & Implementation - ensuring the content is localized and fits the demand of the users in-app and the country.
- Consider the applications features to plan, organize and design the online and offline activity/content (these are online content based events that we have to suggest, customise and execute as an official of the app. Like Christmas, Eid, Easter, Holiday Seasons, Sporting Events)
- Ensuring the global policies are implemented while the local interests are equally maintained.
- Market Research: Competitor Analysis, User Feedback & Debugging
- Identifying new markets and customers (agents/hosts)
- POC for several national celebrities.
- Analyzing the processes and streamlining operations for higher productivity.
- Arranging onsite and online campaigns to promote the business and current trends.
- Managing, Collaborating. Training & Communicating with all stakeholders as needed (WhatsApp, WeChat, DingTalk etc.); ensuring they understand the policies, culture, trends and policies as set by the HQ.



2nd Job - Business Development Manager (1 Year 5 Months)
My second role was a bit senior to the previous one. While the first focused on livestreaming, this one focused on Short Videos more. It is like TikTok's biggest competitor.

The company is known for developing a mobile app for sharing users' short videos, a social network, and video special effects editor.

I managed many of the the short video creators and many of the user (product) operations!
- Developing the South Asian market in terms of content and user base.
- Leading and managing the current agencies and content creators while identifying prospects for growth.
- Market Research: Competitor Analysis, User Feedback & Debugging
- Collaborating with external agencies and media outlets for promotions.
- Help in developing, editing localized in-app events and content.
- Managing a team that supports the User Operations
- Managing BPO, recruiting and assisting the teams and policies of User Tagging & Content Moderation; ensuring the right content is put forward and cultural aspects are respected.
- Supervising the user operations and improving the day-to-day processes/policies.
--Resolve any issues arising between the creators (payments, feedback, technical issues, mediator in social issues etc.)
--Guide and execute any hashtag challenges
- Performance analysis of the creators and the launched hashtag/activations.
- Coordinating and assisting the User Growth, User Ops, Product, Music, QA and other departments to ensure streamlined user experience and product efficiency.
- Bridge between the HQ and the local/regional teams in terms of implementing the core policies while ensuring the concept of localization.
- Help in designing the strategy for viral content and activities. In addition, extensive research and analysis for the cause.
- Support for the expansion in European market; policy making and research.


3rd Job - Country Manager (Currently at 10 months but when I will apply, this will be 1+YR)
This is a much smaller app than the previous one. However, my role here is more diversified. I have more power but majority of my operations are more or less that focus within the application.

- Build and lead a high-performing local team to achieve business goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.
- Analysing the local market trends in terms of culture and then integrating into the app.
- Leading and managing the current agencies and content creators while identifying prospects for growth.
- Evaluating and analysing the DAUs, Revenue of the app. Taking strategic decisions to ensure their growth.
- Making guidelines and tutorials.
- Managing the family vertical of the application. Building relationship with Agents and training them while taking their feedback.
- Coordinating with the headquarters for the implementation or removal of any culturally unacceptable content.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local artists, media partners, and government agencies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including user acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue, and take actions to optimize performance.

Please please help me which ones should I choose for each job. My total experience is close to four years, I have not put my 1st job here because I do not have enough documentation for it. 3 and 4 year exp have the same points so I did not put it.

Should I choose the same code for all 3, even if the newer two jobs are at a more senior level? I am confused between these two codes.

For jobs 2 and 3, which NOC applies?

I would choose the one where you have more experience. Also you need to check which is more in deman, higher TEER level.
