Hi dubaiite, I am in toronto now, unfortunately I forgot to bring the d/l experience letter,however I just scanned my original UAE d/l and sent it to my brother in UAE and asked him to order that letter,but u think they will accept a scanned copy of the original, as if my brother sends it to me...

I didnt say CIC, will send PR cards to applicants outside Canada!!!!....i was asking since its not allowed to send a federal personal identity outside canada ,how my friend can send it through courier?...wont they open the evelop to check it up...???...
