hi all, I landed inToronto few weeks ago and need to go back to my home country to wrap up things and come back for good,now how can my relative send the PR cards to me through courier.....will they ask him about the identity of the envelope containing the cards or the cards have sort of a chip...

can u explain in more details plz?....what u mean by u suspected there is a chip inside of the Cards?...did the customs physically detect the card in the courier mail and confiscated them?.........and why did u go and pick it up?...why didnt u receive it by post?.... I hope u can explain in...
