All the reforms will be based on the mandate letter that prime minister Justin Trudeau given to John Mccallum which is made public. The entire immigration team will work upon that only, however they may have even started working a year before. Now the international students are about 350,000 or...

They also have to undergo same crs criteria as crs doesn't award special points to Americans.Lmia or PNP. Both takes minimum 1 month.
