Yes, on the right hand side on the status page I see the biometric date, etc. That's crazy it still says background check in progress with having received PPR. Thank you for the information.

My background check says: "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information" I don't know when that showed up. I hadn't been checking my status because I needed to do additional medical tests so I just recently passed my medical exam on Monday.

Great to hear she's ok. Wow from what I was reading many holes can be fixes by catheter method, but sometimes surgery is needed. It's good she got it fixed though. Are her medicals now cleared? Or are you still waiting?

The additional tests do not need to be done within the 60 days post ITA; only the initial medical exam. However, the sooner you get the tests done the sooner you'll get your results.

I was required to go for further testing (heart murmur). Appointment for that is coming up soon. From what I was reading it doesn't stop your post ITA process; it happens concurrently. Though you will not be approved for PR until your medicals are cleared.

Wait...you got married after you sent in your application and paid your fees? Then adding your spouse shouldn't effect eligibility as long as the marriage happened after AOR.

Your score will change if you add your wife. You will only run into a problem if adding your wife decreases your score to below the cut off of the draw.

No, biometrics is not a requirement before AOR. That happens at a later stage in the application after AOR.

Actually your age can be locked at ITA. If your birthday falls between ITA and AOR making your CRS score drop below the lowest score of that draw, your age at the time of ITA will be counted.
