    conjugal sponsorship for same sex

If you have the extra cash I highly recommend hiring a lawyer to help your case. My conjugal sponsorship was approved and the officer never asked me to leave Canada to go live with my partner to become common law. Good luck

P.S I strongly recommend you read the definition of conjugal relationship on the IRCC website. Yes it's a tricky one but you must understand it before you waste your time and money on the wrong application.

If your marriage is (legal) and recognized in the country you married then canada will recognize it as a genuine marriage thus allowing you guys to apply under spousal sponsorship. Completely irrelevant if Philippines will recognize it. Your applying to Canada not Philippines.

    When can I contact Mp

It wont hurt to contact your MP. Worst case is theyll tell u to wait the 12 months. I contacted mine at the 10th month mark and they were more then happy to call IRCC for me. Order gcms notes. They re your best option

    Prearrival service 3 months ago

The 78% is based on the average processing time of 12 months from the date of your application. In your case March 2019. Hopefully the PA's background check is completed and you should receive PPR soon. If the background checks are still in progress it could be weeks or months still.
