Hang on mate. My AOR was 28 Dec. I got my PPR on 2 March. You should be getting yours by next month. The status that you have currently will not probably change any more. It should move to BG check in progress and you usually get PPR on the same day. There is no need to worry. Be patient. :)

To be honest, it really depends on the Case Officer assigned to you and your luck. Post AOR, he/she might ask you for those documents but its not a certainty. There is no way to add documents to your application pre-AOR as they have not created a file for you.

Depends man, its not a definite 8 months. It can take 9 months as well. For many including myself it took 9 months. In that case it would be April. But yes, it is rare for the process to extend to 10 months and beyond. So 8-9 months is your best bet.

There is an average of 8-9 months waiting for NSNP applications. Considering July, you should expect an AOR between March-April.
