It is common to not get automated reply. Same happened to me to. That does not mean they have not received your reply. Always make sure that you send the mail to your assessment officer and put the NSNP mail in cc. That way they can never miss.

EE profile does NOT expire once you have received ITA. You now only need to concern yourself with submitting the PR application before your ITA expires (60 days from date of invitation).
