Not sure if my case will be relevant to this thread, but I received AOR on August through EE BC PNP. I received PNP as NOC 1112 and has an experience in NOC 1111. Got a degree from Canadian university.

I think there are two types of reports. One they search by your name and ID and the other one is check by the fingerprints. I might be totally wrong, but what I heard was that you receive a request after R10 is passed and before (or with) 2nd BG. Please correct me if I am wrong :)

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to your question, but one thing I heard is, 90%+ inland applicants receive a fingerprint request..

May I ask which category are you in? (FSW, CEC, PNP, etc) and was it a fingerprint request? Thanks,

I cannot tell what it means as I am not working for CIC. You could be in a first BG check or second.. I would recommend you to read this thread if you have not. It is the brief summary of the immigration process...

As far as I know, status will remain as 'Provided.' I heard normally, they request RCMP (fingerprint) certificate after they complete first Background check. So, I would assume next possible step is background check to be 'In Process' (2nd time). However, there are some cases that BG check...

I think it is because CIC just started to accepting the application for 'International Experience Canada' aka Working Holiday.

Is it your second BG check in progress?
