Cic got my application dec 19th so it s still a month and i applied inland...but give or take its an average of 4 months..its hard not being able to work and still have to pay for food, gas and bills...Please God help us..

Aor takes between 3/5 weeks. Opw is processed in 4 months, give or take another coupl of weeks. As long as you did no mistakes and your application is returned back to you you re on implied status.

Both york and toronto are good... i still prefer toronto though..

Since you applied using the old forms i m pretty sure you keep on the same wavelength...new forms means different processing...so yo re still with the application you applied with

Every application is different from others so if i were you i keep calling, try 8am and you ll speak to an agent. At least you know everything is going well...peace of mind you know

This is very unusual to hear. Are you sure your lawyer did not get any response from immigration ??normally opw are taking 4 months with some of them a further 2 weeks so certainly there s something not going according to plan...i would call the lawyer and demand an explanatuon for all this...
