Hi Manan, In my cic account there was a section to upload medicals. I called the doctor and booked an appointment for my wife. After the medical checkup we got a piece of paper from the doctor and I uploaded that to mycic account.

Yes I submitted those, because my marriage was just few months ago. So to make a strong documentation I included the photos, invitation card and call logs. I also included a letter from my wife and from me. (not sure whether its necessary or not, but to be safe I included in my documentation)
