FIY : Nobody will send or share online their permit/LMIA unless its asked by a gov. official. If you think your agent gave you fake LMIA or something like that, you can contact IRCC office and check with them. Best of luck

You have to Inform CIC about the change in status. If not you wont be even able to sponsor your spouse. Unless you have to show them your marriage was after getting your PR. I added my spouse in between the process. And now we both are waiting for the PPR.
It's all depend on the PNP certificate. If your PNP is Non-Restricted , you are free to change between any job. But need to stay in same province.
