hey clark First, what are your thoughts on paying RPRF upfront without eve getting medical yet when paying online it asked to create an account ? is the same cic account or just to register for the online services? and if you have a representative does he/she needs to this from their email...

if its about eligibility sometimes the VO make mistakes so I would order GCMS note ad also go talk to your local MP if your in Canada maybe they can help to get second review on your file. about medical maybe you would want to consult a lawyer

no I did not request GCMS yet! from what I have read in this from the notes doesn't have much information, I mean in my case it wont give me details since cic didn't even start processing my file (e-case online states showing on 1 line saying they receive my application in July 28, 2014) I will...

I would send copies o the old passport along with the new one... just to explain to them and the officer don't get confused with the new passport number. Best of luck
