you will have the ill out the paper form then scan and email to cic. you can ask cic for knowledge email when they receive your medical or check e-case for any changes ( 3rd line they receive your medical results)- Ottawa-applicant

Clark at least you have doe medical and payed RPRF, I really understand the frustration we all go through here. I even called CIC and last I heard was background check in progress? If you have a valid visa to return to Canada the its fine, also I wouldn't stay long outside just in case cic required more documents- Ottawa-applicant
