    I certainly understand that paystubs would make everything clear. However, we are issued paper based paystubs. I donot posses one single stub from the requested period. My manager made contact with the payroll company and they said they are only able to provide 18 months of paystubs from today...

    I don't think so. It's on the letter head with all the job duties and responsibilities mentioned. Signed by the manager. What more could he be possibly expecting?

    Yes, I moved to Canada in September 2013 on study permit. I had my work permit during all periods of work. Also, I only worked 20 hours per week when on study permit.
