Also, if you look at the letter the officer is asking me to submit the paystubs from January 2014. Although I'm claiming points from March 2016 to April 2017 and from August 2017 to August 2018. Could this be a mistake from the officer?
Did you here in Canada at that time? I think they concern something else. Did you come under work permit or study permit? Ask your manager for the email that he/she sent the request to payroll company.

I was here in Canada. I came under study permit. Also, when I was on study permit I worked only 20 hours.

Are you sure?
A lot of international students get caught about work exceed 20 hrs or received cash on hand. Then what's a point to ask for pay stubs during the period that you didn't claim for points. Did you file taxes return during that time? IRCC can track back with CRA. They even can access ur T4s for sure.

Yes, I filed my taxes. I also submitted my T4's. I'm pretty sure I did not work more than 20 hours.

Hi guys,
Please take a look at my response letter and let me know if I should include anything else. Thank you.

Dear Officer,

I’m writing this letter to address your concerns about my Canadian Work Experience.

Firstly, I am asked to submit paystubs from January 2014, although the declared period for the supervisor position was from March 2016 to April 2017, and from August 2017 to August 2018. I apologize, I didn't quite understand this part.

Secondly, at my location of XYZ we are issued paper based paystubs. I still work at the same location and I have attached one of my recent paystubs. Unfortunately, I do not own any of the paystubs from the requested time period and therefore I had attached all my T4’s (3 while applying and 2 via CSE). Upon request for the paystubs, I reached out to my manager and she was able to provide me with the payment information from a payroll book (images attached) maintained for record keeping. The information is for the time period of March 2016 to August 2018. I have attached a letter from her. Also, I have attached all the bank statements from that period of time. If you would like me to still submit all the payment information from 2014 to March 2016 I kindly urge you to please provide me with more time.

I hope this was helpful to allay your concerns. Please feel free to reach out to me if further information is required. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Application/Updated then went back to submitted after 5 days from PFL response. Good or bad? I'm so worried.

You should have said "no" for the job offer, but if you didn´t get any points for it, it will have no impact on your application. It is a common error that has nothing to do with misrepresentation. Since you already have an ITA, chances are that you cannot correct your profile, so when you complete your application, it will ask you for a job offer letter - you can either upload the job offer letter that you do have, or upload a letter of explanation about your error. Either way, it will be OK.
