Hi guys,

I received a letter from the Immigration officer stating that he's concerned that I have not acquired the entire mentioned experiece. He has asked to submit any additional information and my paystubs from the period I worked to allay his concerns.
I had explained in my LOE that I don't have paystubs and hence I'm submitting my T4's. So, what can I do with regrads to this. Please help me. Thank you.

Below is the letter

Dear ABC,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. I am writing you this letter to express my serious concerns regarding your application.

Having reviewed the application as a whole, and upon review I have concerns that you have not acquired Canadian Work Experience as stated in your Express Entry profile:

2016-03 to 2017-04 - Supervisor (NOC: 6311) - at XYZ

2017-08 to 2018-08 - Supervisor (NOC: 6311) - at XYZ

I am not satisfied that you worked the entire Canadian work experience declared as a Supervisor. Please submit the following:

- I am asking you to submit any additional information/documentation that would allay my concerns.

- All paystubs from January 2014 – August 2018 – they must include dates worked, hours worked, title and source deductions.

Client information field available to upload response to concern letter and any additional documents that you would like to submit to help allay my concerns.

You have 7 days from the date of this letter to submit the additional information using your MyCIC account.

If you choose not to respond with additional information, or if your submission does not allay these concerns, your application may be refused.

This is a procedural fairness letter. I'm so worried.
Yes this in indeed PFL and the officer is given you an opportunity to send every doc .. why are you not able to get your paystubs? Why not ask your organization? usually people do have their T4s.. I am unsure in your case.
you can also ask your supervisor to validate your experience in a company letter head.
I am no expert.. but since this is time sensitive. if you are unable to gather T4 then write the LOE again explaining the reason.
make sure your supervisor is able to validate your experience.
good luck!

Some officers will refuse you without hesitation. You're indeed lucky you got a PFL. Please contact your HR immediately and tell them what is at stake. They need to provide the pay stubs.

So, you have 2 periods of employment with the same company. You should have 2 corresponding Records of Employment that will contain almost all the details that the VO requires. If you don´t have these, you can check your online Service Canada account.

Of course, the issue is if you were actually a supervisor on the first day you were hired, or got promoted later. If you cannot prove that point, you will likely not be deemed eligible for the points for the 2nd year (or perhaps even the first year). That is why the VO wants to see ALL paystubs. The T4 is good, but it won´t tell the VO everything that they want to know.

I did have paystubs. We get paper copies.. So, I don't have them anymore from such a long period of time. Unfortunately, my manager doesn't have soft copies either. Manager has to request it from the payroll company. Also, my manager was the one who signed my experience letter. I wonder if that is not adequate to validate my experience

I got two corresponding letters of experience ( they are identical with different dates). Initially when I first started, I wasn't a supervisor. I was given the position based on my performance. I was only supervisor for the dates mentioned in my letter. I understand the issue here. I would have submitted my paystubs while applying if I had them. But unfortunately, I do not. We are given paper based paystubs and my workplace doesn't have soft copies either so they have to request it from the payroll company.

Latest update is that the payroll company can dig up only last 18 months of paystubs from today. I don't know what to do any more. I have two more days to respond.

Also, if you look at the letter the officer is asking me to submit the paystubs from January 2014. Although I'm claiming points from March 2016 to April 2017 and from August 2017 to August 2018. Could this be a mistake from the officer?
