@MrOptimist I am also an OINP applicant but was not asked for IMM5406. My understanding is that IRCC wants to know about your parents and siblings (including step/half brothers, sisters). It's a sort of declaration, if you miss out any name now then IRCC may not let you sponsor that person in...

No that's not needed but better to have a connecting flight to your nominating province. For example, Lets say you are travelling from London to Regina. The Airline takes you from London>Vancouver>Regina.... so your landing formalities will be done at Vancouver because it's the first place...

As a FSW, you can land anywhere in Canada. People tend to aviod Quebec as port of landing due to different regulations for it.
