You can no longer do both together, at least in GTA. Apply for surrender first, Once surrender certificate received then u need to apply for OCI.

Can we fill the oath forms before hand and then email them immediately after Oath or it has to done after Oath only ?

Check your emails including Spam folder. They send you email with Oath forms attached and containing all instructions for the Oath ceremony.

You went to Toronto office right ? Perhaps BLS Surrey allows it but BLS Toronto doesn't. It's possible. Each BLS centre has selected something unique so as to cause max. inconvenience to people.

It must be dependent on each LVOs mechanics like number of applications, availability of officers and judges, efficiency of staff etc. Right now Mississauga office is churning out Oath invites like a printing press while some other GTA offices are into deep sleep.

Hamilton office appears to be working on Nov-2020 and later files. Most likely when the offices started opening up in Oct-2020, IRCC decided to focus it's energy on the "current" (or Oct-2020 onwards) applications so that at least they can be processed in 1-year SLA. For the earlier files...

Yes it's the same. Normally it is ( NN->IP->PPR) . But in few cases B.check goes to IP twice (NN->IP ->NN->IP -> PPR )

Normally, IP to PPR takes 5-10 days. You should expect PPR anytime next week All the Best.

Man.... what have they done to the forum. May be I am old fashioned but the earlier forum template was lot more practical, usable and sensible. This new template is just a mess - looks ugly, posts look chaotic and forum doesn't look professional any more. May be it's just me. :(o_O
