Cannot throw much light on TRV but we had Montreal too on all the Case specifics we did. I wonder if this is something in general.

So, i am quite sure it has nothing to do with the PCC expiry. There could be two reasons as Strength 2 said - the new officer has no clue, or the worst case scenario they themselves lost it. Or even worse case that the courrier Service misplaced it. Regarding your case specific enquiry, i guess...

Yes PMC i am already in Canada and I am the sponsor. Ours is an Outland Case so my spouse is not in Canada, never been.

Thanks ProCan... What baffles me is in the notes we even see that they have issued the Visa and COPR and on the last page last line it says Please request Passport. Do you have the same thing too? And under Eligibility section it says due date March 2017..
