My application status was just changed to decision made. I called and they confirmed the application was approved. Waiting for passport request. Over 3 years waiting is almost over. I hope everyone still waiting to get their application approved soon, the wait was really painful.

It is normal, my file was transferred from Ankara to Ottawa as well. The bad part is that Ottawa seems pretty slow these days. It might be because they are waiting to get the new immigration allocation for 2018.

Still waiting, background check is still ongoing. Not sure how long it will take, they renewed my parents' medical for one more year. I got GCMS notes and there is pretty much nothing there that I didn't know.

So called CIC and they told me that they extended the deadline of my parents' medical to july 2018. God i hope I don't have to wait that long .......

So for some reason, they had my sister who is 22 listed as defendant in MyCIC (she is defendant, but because of her age, she is not in the application). Her name was removed today from MyCIC. I hope that means that they are actually working on my file. Any one else seen anything similar?
