I am not sure you can. I had my husband phone them from within Canada. You still haven't heard anything either? They basically told us they were still working on apps from January 3rd and that if our application was signed for, it is there. I am going to have him phone again when they update...

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I don't think you can send anything additional until you have AOR with the Client ID number. I've heard it is best to wait until they have notified you they have received your application and then send them your additional docs.

Well the CIC has updated their site to say they are working on applications rec'd Jan 3, 2012 - with a 48 day processing time. Now I am really getting worried :( that I haven't heard anything since mine was rec'd Jan 6. How long should I wait before pestering them? lol

I think the processing time is pretty lengthy at the moment. It took about 10 weeks for mine. And if you are trying to get in touch with someone there I recommend emailing them. I have emailed them twice and both times received a response within 48 hours.

Finally! My Fingerprints were rec'd 8/13 by the FBI and I rec'd the report yesterday 10/24.

They rec'd mine 8/13/11 - I still haven't rec'd the results so I sent an email inquiry and was told they would be mailed on 10/22/11. Just an update for anyone in this time frame I guess the waiting time seems to be about 10 weeks. Keeping my fingers crossed!
