The COPR is valid for 1 year from the date of the medical, so check the date of your e-medical copy to know how long you have. As an example, my medical was submitted/generated on 29/10/2017 and that is exactly 1 year from the validity date on my COPR as well: 29/10/2018.

Once you have submitted your passport and received it back with the COPR (confirmation of permanent residence) there is an expiry date mentioned in the document. You should land before that date.
