Well travel history does help in getting a trv, but you might have to consider the reasons for your previous refusal of the Canadian trv and try to overcome those doubts of the VO with proper documentation. What were the reason for the previous refusal ?

No they did not .. I guess it’s not a requirement in India as of date.. just the online submission of application and a digital photograph and of course supporting documents. That’s all.

Well so sorry to hear that.. but refusal are not per se permanent.. I would suggest you go for GCMS notes and try to find out specific concerns of the VO which you are not able to overcome, address those with suitable answer and evidence whenever you decide to file for a TRV in future.

I suggest you to apply for a regular trv.. you can go for a faster processing request under Can + if you have a valid US Visa.. you can get your trv within a week with minimum documentation. Most of the times Canada issues trv till the expiry of passport .. so once ur done.. u are have a long...

Hi.. background checks do take time as they are done with the help of external agencies, so there is no definitive time frame for this. Visas are issued on your circumstances so the dates are not relevant. Hope it helps.

Yes sometimes they do background checks for defence forces .. but nothing to worry .. Indian missions are already working overtime to process large volumes of applications and so the delay.
