Anyone got refused because of creating EE profile before 1 year ? I know that they accept if you're already in the pool as FSW and then got ITA from CEC as experience reach 11months or 12 months. What if I create EE profile before having 1 year and then get ITA and then submit after 1 year ?

OK, so I give you an example. Let's say I've been working full time from April 1 , 2020 to April 1, 2021. However I have 2 weeks that I only worked 20 hours/1 week. So total of hours I got is: 50week x 30 + 2 week x 20 = 1540h So I need to work another 20 hours after April 1,2021 to make up 1560...

Your work still counts even it's less than 30 hours. In your particular case, I would say you just need to work until the end of June to reach 1 year

In the reference letter, your employer needs to write how many hours / week you've been actually working. Also pay slip might prove that too

your job title does not matter. As long as you work more than 30h/week, you can apply for CEC. As long as it's a NOC 0 A or B job

just submit work permit or study permit, as stated "To prove your status in Canada you must submit a copy of your most recent immigration document such as work permit, or study permit."

So we will see about it. But what's the point of having AOR for CEC and still want to steal spots of ppl who cant qualify for CEC ? It just shows the selfishness

Really feel bad for ppl who could not apply just because there were some incomplete application. Why did they wanna submit without checking all required documents ? And then just simply sent LOE to officer and hoping they will pardon your situation. It's so bizarre

so you would rather trust ppl in this forum than IRCC. Just submit your application after Jun 8. You dont need to decline

Well it changed a lot since last time I read the requirements. The medical exam and PCCC needed proof

I bet 10 or 20% of applicants will be refused due to incomplete documents. There can be some reasons: - Not having at least 2 year credential certificate - Reference letter was not dated as May 06 - Photos not taken from the studio - Medical exam and PCCC

If they are not stupid, they will not apply for new Pathway since they already got AOR from EE. It's just a waste of money. Also, the application will come to an order first come first serve. The officer will not process both applications simultaneously.

This stream does not require point. As long as you meet all the requirements, you will be automatically selected.

I just sit at home and see how it goes. Not gonna go too crazy about this new stream. Might just wait next month to apply CEC :D. Good luck everyone
