I just kept trying, you have to enter everything exactly as per the details on your COPR, and it is case sensitive it looks like. Check how they have spelled it on COPR. Good luck.

Thanks Zardoz. On the time restriction i vaguely remember reading a forum post that you can apply for PR card only from Tuesday - Thursday 8 - 5. Although I can’t seem to find it anymore, so thought I’d ask if anyone was able to do it at a time apart from this. Thanks again.
