    You would probably have better luck trying to join some club or exploring group activity at your school than posting on an immigration forum. Try the students' union too, they will have volunteer opportunities which can be a great way to start getting involved and meeting people. Good luck.

    It's not a refusal. It's technically withdrawn on your behalf so you don't need to do anything. IRCC is notifying you that application will not be processed and that it's removed from the processing queue.
