As the title mentioned, in the scenario when the employer pay on monthly basis. A month can have 4 weeks plus some few days.
So a student might work for more than 80hours/month. For example, 80hours for the 4 weeks and 5 more hours for the few more days.
In that case, is it a violation? And how can IRCC determine the student's working hours per week based on the monthly payroll?
