You could also try getting it done online. I know the translater we used in Toronto would take submissions online. Unforunately, I don't remember her contact information.

Medical for Mexican residents. Outbound Application. Anyone experienced this?

There is a forum dedicated to Mexico applicants. But the quick answer to your question is you have to do the medical before you submit the application. You will get a receipt that is included with the application that CIC will match with the results. The Dr will forward the results to CIC.

I got married in Canada and recieved the letter to leave the country

It doesn't matter that you are married. You still needed to apply for a visa extension to stay in Canada. You could try requesting to have your status reinstated but I think that it will be in vein. It appears that you need to leave and wait for CIC to process your PR visa.

    Immigration lawyer

We used an immigration lawyer and I think that it has been a big help. For us it has been a voice of reason and been very reassuing for my wife. While they don't speed up the case per se, I think it does help because they know what CIC is looking for and they can advise accordingly to have...

    10-yr-Visa & Spouse Sponsorship

As for the military when I was applying years ago I remember that you had to be a Canadian Citizen to join the regular force. Your spouse may be able to join the reserves if I am not mistaken. A quick look at the Canadian Forces website should answer your questions.

    a question about common-law proof!

What might help the most would be if your boyfriend were to add you onto the deed of the house. That would be serious proof. That is what my wifwe and I have done for our sponsership. It would show a serious financial commitment to one another.
