Living in Vancouver and working in Seattle?

he probably needed to do that to sell his political agenda or specifically did not want generics. Generic medicines for common chronic conditions like diabetes or hypertension are dirt cheap in US and are easily affordable even without insurance. Most 90 day supplies cost few tens of dollars...

Traveling 2-weeks with valid PR card but short 1-mo on RO buffer. Spouse and 2 children all RO compliant.

It doesn't state about PR card expiry either..it works like this. First 5 years clock starts on the day you land/become PR and ends exactly after 5 years within which you need to have 730 days to be compliant. After 5th year completion, it'd be in given last 5 years.

Quarantine must and you have nil chances of getting any exceptions. I am not sure what you plan to do in one day because you cannot go anywhere during quarantine. so you’d have to book an airbnb or hotel for 14 days and head straight to it after you enter. On 15th day you are allowed to do...

Goods to follow can be done only once and if they have done it for your name , it cannot be done again for your name. You need to change the title for whoever it hasn't been done and can get it done by adding car. If you are not keen on transfer of ownership, then no options than paying taxes.

    Pending i485 and Canadian PR

If you need to utilize Canadian PR, then your only option at this point is to change your adjustment of status to consular process. Meaning you cannot keep the benefits of EAD and give up on it. It's not as simple as that. Retirement and brokerage accounts are treated differently than income taxes. Non US residents cannot open or transact through brokerage accounts.
