[Typo Fixed by CIC] CELPIP new requirement for class A: 4H now it's back to 4L

Re: CELPIP new requirement for class A: 4H There are TWO lines with CLB level of 7 and different language marks (4H and 4L obviously) for pre-April 1st 2014, and 5L is CLB 9, so CLB 8 is clearly missing.

[Typo Fixed by CIC] CELPIP new requirement for class A: 4H now it's back to 4L

Re: CELPIP new requirement for class A: 4H From quick look at the table, 4H should be for CLB 8 (not 7)... And 4L should be for 0,A as well (as it stands for CLB 7)

Credit Card getting charged and AOR

In case of CEC application, if processing fee is charged, it is treated as non-refundable. So CIO performs "base" processing like completeness of application package, IELTS/CELPIP score. And then AOR is issued. Application may later be rejected, say due to lack of work experience, for example...

    BOWP URGENT comment needed.

So, your lawyer says that your employer will contact CIC in order to revoke your WP and visitor visa? Is he absolutely sure that employer have such power?

    BOWP URGENT comment needed.

Your WP does not get revoked when you stop working for employer stated in work permit. And your employer is not interested in keeping you employed in Canada, right? So, based on work permit (and, probably, on Temporary Worker Visa, if you are not from visa exempt country) you can keep staying in...

    BOWP URGENT comment needed.

Most likely your request for BOWP will be denied as you don't fully qualify for OB485A. The good news that your wife WP (most likely) should have Open Spousal Work Permit and she will be able to continue work. Though you cannot work for other employer, you can stay in Canada until April 2015.

PCC Requested (sent as well) after MR/RPRF - Still waiting for PPR - Anyone?

Most likely, CIC have access to RCMP databases, so they query your police clearance by themselves. However, if your history is not "clear", they will ask you to obtain PCC on your own, with fingerprint scans in order to ensure that you are "clean"
