    Passport certified true copy

Hmm, interesting. I checked the requirements for Panama and it's different from what I've seen before. I normally would treat any uncertainty against me, so I would recommend to go to the embassy and certify any government document you must submit. However, my guess is that the passport...

    Passport certified true copy

Normally IRCC do not require certified true copies unless specifically requested. Are you sure about it? Can you provide exact wording in the documentation or checklist you are referring to? I suspect you are referring to certified translations... this simply means that the translation is made...

IMPORTANT - Petition about right to equality (Quebec 38 months delay versus 10 months for the other provinces)

Signed. Although I'm not fully satisfied with the wording (and thanks god it's not the useless changeorg at least), I share the overall feeling. The most shocking thing for me was that caps were revealed 5 months after we applied to Quebec.. before that no official statements about possible...

We had a request to redo the medical, but it was eventually waived upon my request based that my wife was already in Canada. Keep in mind that IRCC is bad at tracking where you at for the landing purposes. They were quick (2 days) to re-accept our medicals and got the PPR the same moment...

PCC from home country is needed if I haven’t lived there for more than 18 years

ah.. you were few seconds quicker... I'll just add one thing. That since the OP is an Indian citizen I'm 99.99% certain that they will request the PCC from India as it's quite hard to prove that one never went there while being a citizen. They asked PCC for my dependent child who left country...
