Hi everyone,

I'm Applying for Family Class in-Canada Sponsorship for my biological kids. However, they have passports that have different middle names and last names than mine and already in Canada. What should I do when filling form IMM008 and other forms?

Your answers will be greatly appreciated.

What is your status in Canada?
Were you citizen or pr when they were born?
If neither, did you declare them when you applied for PR?

When filling forms you need to use current legal information. They will ask previous names if they were changed. You will be required to supply birth certificates where you must be indicated as a patent.
